Homes Under $500,000 Sell Fast in Huntington Beach
Looks like more and more investors and new home buyers are jumping on the homes that are selling for under $500,000. I’m seeing buyers buying these properties under market, and turning around and renting them out. Rents are high and in demand right now. You can rent out an average three bedroom home for about $2400 a month, and an average four bedroom for around $2700. Homes over 2500 square feet rent for $3500 easily. Smokin Deal in Huntington Beach
I came across an amazing deal in Huntington Beach last week. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, hardwould floor and tile throughout, newly upgraded and remodeled. Did need paint, but besides that it was in the South side of Huntington Beach, in a great neighborhood, and it was $100,000 below all comps. As soon as I saw it I e-mailed all my clients, and didn’t get anyone moving quick enough. It sold the next day. By the way, the price was $489,000. This gives you an idea of what a good deal looks like. Call me if you need help with comparables or anything else.

Huntington Beach Home Sales Increase This Quarter
Home sales have increased in Huntington Beach the first quarter of 2008. Average price for homes have risen very slightly as well. I truly believe that we have only about a five month period to reap the maximum benefits of our current market.
